Tip 1: How to use Fish Oils to accelerate fat loss
High dosages of Omega 3, found in Fish Oil, have been proven to aid fat loss, and have great benefits for the cardiovascular system. Recent research has shown that by taking a high dosage of Omega 3, you can stimulate both triglycerides and free fatty acids, which will mean the body will be able to process them functionally. Less triglycerides and free fatty acids will equal a leaner, better looking body.
Personally I suggest taking 1-1.5g of Fish Oil in relation to each per cent of bodyfat. For example, someone with a bodyfat of 10% should take between 10-15g of Fish Oil per day. I strongly suggest taking liquid form for ease of use, unless you are sub ten per cent bodyfat, where capsules should suffice.
An extremely potent Fat loss stack would include; Fish Oil, Carnitine and Green Tea/ Tea/ Coffee (for polyphenols).

The introduction of Biosignature!
For a while I have been evaluating my business, and how I can maximise your results. I have now developed a plan into how I would like to train clients, and how I can achieve results I could of never have imagined before.
There are going to be some big changes, however, progress will be made simpler, faster and training more effective than ever before!
A Biosignature Assessment will tell you exactly why you hold more fat in certain areas, and we can then design a plan to redcuce or elevate specific hormones to really speed up bodyfat loss. This will also indicate why some people find it harder to put on muscle than others. Please read about the method here:

So how quick are the results? VERY QUICK! For example, the average loss for the Class (PT's, Strength Coaches,Nutritionists, Doctors) over 5 days in Sweden, was a 3% drop in bodyfat! Which is absolutely huge. One PT dropped 2.5% bodyfat but put on 4kg! This was all through proper diet, training and supplementation, plus some other effective tips.
With the new training system I have designed, those looking for fat loss should be able to achieve results we could of never got close to before!
Men can expect around 1-2% drop per week, and women 0.6 - 1.2% if they are completely compliant, this means big results, very fast!

I found out earlier that I have got the job! If I haven't mentioned this, I applied for an Internship as an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, and will be working with some of the highest ranked UK under 18 tennis players, which will be based at the International High Performance Centre Loughborough. I will also be coached myself, and qualified for some top level qualifications by the Senior Coaches at the centre.
This will mean two main things for us; I will be developed into an improved coach, but also, I will be capping my client base at existing clients (though there may be some possibility for a few off peak clients). I may also be working with the players or in the class room on different days each week, but I will have my rotor 12 weeks in advance, so I feel I should encourage block bookings, as then you can have your definite spaces. I'm very excited, and really eager to learn and bring the knowledge back to help you improve even further.

Also, I'm away next week - 17th to the 24th Oct. I'd love to say I'm going on holiday, but I will be in a classroom! However, I should be learning some pretty cool stuff!
I'm off to Sweden, to become a Biosignature Practicioner, which is a method that is having some quite incredible results.

A lot has been going on the last few weeks, so I will probably get two emails out to you this week.

I will also be getting some new equipment for my birthday, which you will get to have fun with with very soon! I've just started making a Sandbag today, a real functional strength builder, and something you can throw around and relieve stress!
And I will also be bringing in a fantastic conditioning tool for the arms, I've got some exercises that will give you an incredible arm workout, but will get the heart rate up as if you are sprinting! Should be fun...
